Stress sometimes can be our best friends and also our enemy.
Without  stress, we would not pressure ourselves to do something that we need to  do. As I look back at my past, I learnt something which is ,without  stress ,I would take my study as simple as ABC. Instead, when I realize  that tomorrow will be something important that is really, really, really  need to do such as pass up my assignments, exam, test, quiz and many  more, my brain suddenly start to give reaction and I will try to do it  very well.
But, with the  presence of stress, it would burdened our mind.And it is not  surprise,almost every year,the suicide cases is increased.For me,their     action  is cannot be forgiven because there is not the only ways that can solve  the problem.Life is not easy.So,if our life is so easy,that is not what  we call life,right?And our life will become so miserable when all the  things is become so easy.We must remember,our life cannot be bought by  money.It is a give from God.And we have no right to take  it by  ourselves,unless it is from God order. 
So,what is the best ways to reduce the stress?Here,I came out with my on opinion.....Let's check it out.
1.Do exercise

To be honest,  me, myself also is very lazy to do exercise eventhough I know by doing  it at least 20 minutes per day will help my body become more healthy.And  the best way is to do jogging.When you are jogging,your mind will not  thinking about any other else,right?So,each of the sweat that is flow  from our body,will also burn our stress,and we will become more comfort  after that.*It's like you do revenge when you are jogging.
2.Find a place that is wide and height
Well,for me,I always want to go to the highest  building in my university*ade ke??.Then,when I arrived at the top of the building...I will scream sepuas-puasnya until my throat become pain....*relexla,balik makanla strepsils...hehehe.Seriously,after you do it,you will found out that "WHAT A RELEASE"...Trust me!!
Then,if at  your university,just find out one place that is really wide for example a  field.Not for you to play a football and so on,but lay down at the  middle of the field or at the bottom of the tree.What a release,you  know.You can do a 3 things on the same time.
1.Lay down while looking at the beautiful sky
2.Lay down while talking to yourself
3.Lay down while taking the fresh air and calm yourself
But,unfortunately,it  will not be going to happen to me because there is no such place at my  university.If you still want to do it,I think you should fly to  KOREAN,JAPAN or EUROPE.
3.Close yourself to Allah
But,for  me,this is the best way to reduce stress.Perhaps you may play the  bowling,go to the karaoke,but can those activities bring calm and  peaceful in your heart?Yes,but just for a certain period.After you had  finished doing it,your heart still become messy,right?So,as a muslim ,if  you want to feel calm,you should recite the miraculous word from Allah  which is Holy-Quran.This is the one way for us to communicate with  Allah.Insya-Allah,after you had recite the Holy -Quran,your heart will  become more calm,and peace.Remember,Allah is always by your side when  you are in trouble or not.
We can't leave  the stress behind because the stress is part of our life.So,treat it as  you treat your love and happiness as well..
